Appeal & Quality

Fiberon composite deck boards were installed. They included a perimeter picture frame border.

Abundance of Space

There is just simply so much room to enjoy above and below. It is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Quality Throughout

Rough cedar was used to build the pergola in order to provide the rustic look, and because it is a better and stronger wood.

At SHCC, our team is dedicated to helping you turn your dream home into reality. We give homeowners the opportunity to work one-on-one with our professional and knowledgeable custom home remodeler. Together we will design and build the home you have visioned.

Strength & Functionality

Engineered roof supports were installed on top of the roof in order to raise the pergola high enough so that the homeowner can see the mountains from inside the house. The deck drainage system required a gutter and downspout as well. A Trex underdeck drainage system was installed to provide more living space under the deck. We covered the drainage materials with a textured soffit panel and painted to match.

Fine Craftsmanship

The pergola was built as a 3 layer cedar pergola. It has a 6x10 beam with 3x6 rafters and 2x6 runners. We use top quality Sikkens wood stain. The black architectural brackets enhance the rustic look. The pergola was partially built on top of the roof in order to raise the main beam high enough for the owners to see the mountain view from inside the home.

No Detail Missed

Regardless of the point of view, it is easy to appreciate the attention to detail.
