Drew Kennedy is a master at attention to detail and thoroughness. He is genuinely dedicated to quality customer service and communicates regularly and quickly regarding all changes or issues that arise during the project. He has assembled incredibly talented subcontractors who all adhere to his standard of quality of service and timely completion. He invites critique of all work and processes and takes pride in that work. The result is work that is perhaps even better than the original construction. We had our windows replaced, deck replaced and expanded, a wine cellar put in, refaced a fireplace, and replaced a garage door and a handful of small cosmetic repairs necessitated by the age of the house. When we are ready to redo our master bath, he has already sketched out a plan and initial budget. We are excited to work with him again.

SHCC deserves the 5-star rating. Drew and his employees worked hard, long days during some very hot weather this particular summer and they did it with impressive attention to detail. They were flexible in handling changes to the original contract and enjoyable to work with. It should be noted that this was a somewhat exceptional project in terms of its size and complexity due to limited space on a ridge. Bottom line….mission accomplished by a very professional crew!!!

We’re a retired Military couple so we’ve been around a while. After getting several quotes from other local companies, Drew (Owner, Southern Heritage) was the one guy that took time (from the start, while we were still checking into quotes) to sit with us and talk to us about the details that were important to us. The others were very ‘corporate’ and seemed like it was just another job to them. Got a good feeling right off that Drew was going to be involved in making sure our deck was what we wanted. Working with him and his team was just like we expected, they made sure, as things went along, that it was what we wanted. Drew Kennedy of Southern Heritage Custom Construction designed and remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, and dining room. The kitchen was very outdated and was a total gut. His design included new cabinets, quartz counter tops and deluxe vinyl flooring, paint, and lighting through all three rooms. He was there with his expertise with us every step of the way. His team we're experts in their field of remodeling. It was an extensive remodel and the cleanup was always completed when they left making it easy for us to adjust to the construction. We have never regretted our remodel it is perfect. If there are any remodels in our future Southern Heritage Construction will be doing it.
