Outdoor Living

The beauty and relaxation provided by nature are common design elements that are often incorporated into indoor living. With thoughtful design and planning, an outdoor living space can create that special oasis that allows the home to extend outside. Decks and patios complement a home's exterior while providing space to entertain guests and family. Covered decks, sunrooms, and pergolas create spaces for total relaxation, while dedicated grilling and barbecue areas bring delicious dinners out of doors.

At Southern Heritage, our team of skilled professionals is here to help you create an outdoor experience that fits your family and your lifestyle.

Luxury and Relaxation

Built on a cliff overlooking the grandeur of Pikes Peak, this Fiberon composite deck has seven levels of elevation, from a relaxing hot tub deck to the very top level overlooking both the city and the beautiful mountain range.

Durable and Pet Friendly

This project features a large Envision composite deck with Fortress Iron steel railing. The decking has multi-tone colors and is durable and pet friendly. The heavy-duty lattice provides a polished finish to the deck while also functioning as a barrier to unwanted rodents.

At SHCC, our team is dedicated to helping you turn your dream home into reality. We give homeowners the opportunity to work one-on-one with our professional and knowledgeable custom home remodeler. Together we will design and build the home you have visioned.

Views and Entertainment

This outdoor living project showcases a Fiberon composite deck with a clear mountain view. The deck railing includes a traditional black steel railing and a drink cap on top for added convenience.

Quality and Experience

These deck builds showcase the diversity of our outdoor living experience.  This first project boasts an underdeck stained tongue-and-groove soffit with flush ceiling lights. The underdeck drainage system provides additional entertaining areas all year - even during rainy seasons. The large Timbertech composite deck includes a hot tub adjacent to the master bedroom, black steel deck railing with a drink cap, and a privacy wall.

The second project features a large Trex composite deck with composite railing and steel balusters. A retaining wall serves to hold back the terrain along the deck. This deck utilized several colors to enhance the natural beauty of this relaxing outdoor space.
