We begin by sharing the newly remodeled kitchen. The beautiful cabinets include Norfolk full overlay doors, in birch chestnut with black highlight. The room Includes crown molding and light rail trim at the bottom of the upper cabinets.

The wood window trim was custom stained to match the cabinet colors. The hardwood floors were refinished to look new again.

The gorgeous kitchen countertops help pull all of colors together. Granite countertop, "Blue Jasper". The kitchen backsplash is a lovely marble with chevron style pattern called, Chevron Ravenna Calacatta.

The kitchen refrigerator, stove and washer are all new. They are part of a luxury brand called Cafe` from GE, and work great with all the advanced technology.

Distinctiveness

We now go to the Basement Remodeling portion of the project, beginning with the bathroom. The countertop is the same throughout the basement, in "Azul Celeste Leathered." The wood floating shelves were custom made and stained to match the cabinets.

Class & Comfort

The shower pan tile is called Ancient Tumbled Beige/Mocha Blend Pebble. The shower wall tile is Esplanade Pass. The accent tile is a beautiful Emperador Dark mosaic with bronze trim. The shower bench is called Azul Celeste with leathered textured surface. All the colors flowed together perfectly. We installed Delta Venetian Bronze shower trim. We were careful to match the drain trim, shower door hinges and handles to the same color for consistency. It is finished with a frameless shower glass and door.

Wonderful Entertainment

We continued the Basement Remodel with this spectacular Wet Bar. Beautiful tile was installed throughout all rooms. This tile is called "Aspenwood Cafe`". The cabinets are Norfolk Rustic Beech with a Frontier stain color. The countertops match all other countertops in the basement. The backsplash is the same as the shower accent tile. The bar faucet plumbing finishes match the kitchen faucet. All the basement colors and textures blend together. This portion of the remodel provides plenty of space for entertaining friends and family.

We’re a retired Military couple so we’ve been around a while. After getting several quotes from other local companies, Drew (Owner, Southern Heritage) was the one guy that took time (from the start, while we were still checking into quotes) to sit with us and talk to us about the details that were important to us. Drew Kennedy of Southern Heritage Custom Construction designed and remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, and dining room. The kitchen was very outdated and was a total gut. His design included new cabinets, quartz counter tops and deluxe vinyl flooring, paint, and lighting through all three rooms. He was there with his expertise with us every step of the way. His team we're experts in their field of remodeling. It was an extensive remodel and the cleanup was always completed when they left making it easy for us to adjust to the construction. We have never regretted our remodel it is perfect. If there are any remodels in our future Southern Heritage Construction will be doing it.
