Drew Kennedy, the owner, has 20-years’ experience in the construction industry. Drew’s experience ranges from building foundations and framing for both residential and commercial projects, installing waterworks for housing developments, building high-end custom homes from the ground up to finish, and renovating historical buildings. During the last 10 years he has been focusing on sales, designing and building beautiful landscapes, relaxing outdoor living areas, custom decks and covers, elegant interior remodeling, spacious garages, and home additions, in the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak areas. Drew has a wide range of experience and knowledge with all types of residential construction as well as working with zoning, building, and other local agencies when it comes to helping the client with their home renovations and additions. Drew, graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He was raised in the Southern United States and understands the value of hospitality, respect, service and the golden rule of “treating others as you would want to be treated”. He also understands that homeowners want to enjoy their home and make it unique to them.
